FOX Sports will continue commemorating the nation's 250th birthday with a two-day salute to the military ahead of Veterans Day.
Beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 7, "Big Noon Kickoff" will broadcast from the United States Military Academy at West Point (USMA), where hundreds of uniformed cadets will be joining college football fans to pay tribute to the U.S. armed forces.
The celebration will continue the next day at 11 a.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 8, with "FOX NFL Sunday" broadcasting live from West Point and the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, Maryland, against the backdrop of the academys iconic Bancroft Hall.
"Big Noon Kickoff" will feature Rob Stone, Urban Meyer, Matt Leinart, Brady Quinn, Mark Ingram II, Chris "The Bear" Fallica and Tom Rinaldi, alongside special guests live from Trophy Point on West Points campus ahead of the highly anticipated matchup between Army and Air Force.
"FOX NFL Sunday" will broadcast simultaneously from both military academies, featuring Curt Menefee, Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Michael Strahan, Rob Gronkowski, Jay Glazer, Charissa Thompson, Charles Woodson and Julian Edelman.
Throughout the weekend's coverage, FOX Sports will recognize the country's heroic men and women in uniform and spotlight the two storied military academies.
"FOX Sports is proud to expand our longstanding tradition of saluting Americas military heroes by bringing together two of our most iconic pregame shows for an unprecedented two-day tribute from West Point and Annapolis," FOX Sports CEO and executive producer Eric Shanks said.
"There is no more meaningful backdrop than these two storied institutions, and we look forward to celebrating Americas veterans and the enduring bond between military service and sports across Veterans Day weekend," he added.
